Post 16
At Durham Trinity School & Sports College we aim to provide as many opportunities as possible for our pupils to work towards external awards. The main focus is for us to prepare out Post 16 learners with as many opportunities as possible to develop independent life and living skills.
The main curriculum for Post 16 learners is focused around the OCR Life & Living Skills qualification. This is a unit based qualification where learners study towards achieving credits in areas such as:
– Arts & Crafts
– Communication
– Environment & Community
– House Management
– Horticulture
– ICT
– Literacy
– Numeracy
